About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional hospitality and personalized service to an international clientele.
- Guide customers through the Polène experience, offering expert advice on collections and exclusive services.
- Manage operational tasks including cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and tax-free formalities.
- Contribute to CRM development and daily performance reporting.
- Maintain impeccable boutique standards, including merchandising, stock management, and inventory counts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar retail sales role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build authentic connections with customers.
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions and utilizing CRM systems.
- High level of rigor, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the luxury goods or leather goods sector.
- A deep appreciation for craftsmanship and artisanal savoir-faire.
