About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome every client with a high level of service and deliver a distinctive Polène in-store experience
  • Support clients throughout the full customer journey, from first contact to farewell
  • Provide personalized product recommendations and storytelling to drive sales and brand loyalty
  • Contribute to boutique performance through conversion, cross-selling, and CRM engagement
  • Process transactions accurately and manage register opening and closing procedures
  • Support daily operations including merchandising, replenishment, stock organization, and inventory tasks
  • Execute opening and closing duties such as equipment setup, visual upkeep, and daily reporting

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury, premium, fashion, or leather goods retail
  • Experience serving high-end and international clientele
  • Strong client service and selling skills with a focus on the customer experience
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
  • Strong interest in Polène’s products, craftsmanship, and brand universe
