About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome every client with a high level of service and deliver a distinctive Polène in-store experience
- Support clients throughout the full customer journey, from first contact to farewell
- Provide personalized product recommendations and storytelling to drive sales and brand loyalty
- Contribute to boutique performance through conversion, cross-selling, and CRM engagement
- Process transactions accurately and manage register opening and closing procedures
- Support daily operations including merchandising, replenishment, stock organization, and inventory tasks
- Execute opening and closing duties such as equipment setup, visual upkeep, and daily reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury, premium, fashion, or leather goods retail
- Experience serving high-end and international clientele
- Strong client service and selling skills with a focus on the customer experience
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
- Strong interest in Polène’s products, craftsmanship, and brand universe
