About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome every client with a high level of service and deliver a distinctive Polène in-store experience
- Support clients throughout the full customer journey, from first contact to farewell
- Provide personalized product recommendations and storytelling to drive sales and brand loyalty
- Use CRM tools and client follow-up actions to support long-term client engagement
- Process transactions accurately and handle register opening and closing procedures
- Support daily boutique operations including merchandising, replenishment, and inventory organization
- Execute opening and closing duties, including equipment setup and sales floor preparation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury, premium, fashion, or leather goods retail
- Experience serving high-end and international clientele
- Strong client service and selling skills with a focus on customer experience
- Strong interest in Polène’s products, craftsmanship, and brand universe
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a boutique environment
- Accurate, proactive, and attentive to detail
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends
