Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client with a high level of service and deliver a distinctive Polène in-store experience
• Support clients throughout the full customer journey, from first contact to farewell
• Provide personalized product recommendations and storytelling to drive sales and brand loyalty
• Use CRM tools and client follow-up actions to support long-term client engagement
• Process transactions accurately and handle register opening and closing procedures
• Support daily boutique operations including merchandising, replenishment, and inventory organization
• Execute opening and closing duties, including equipment setup and sales floor preparation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury, premium, fashion, or leather goods retail
• Experience serving high-end and international clientele
• Strong client service and selling skills with a focus on customer experience
• Strong interest in Polène’s products, craftsmanship, and brand universe
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a boutique environment
• Accurate, proactive, and attentive to detail
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends
