Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Create the Polène experience by welcoming visitors and ensuring they feel valued to drive conversion rates
• Provide personalized shopping assistance and expert advice on leather goods and craftsmanship
• Promote additional sales and inform customers about brand services during and after the purchase
• Manage cash register operations, including opening, closing, and processing transactions
• Execute CRM follow-ups and contribute to daily store reporting
• Maintain boutique standards through merchandising, stock organization, and inventory support
• Handle store opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup and security protocols

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or leather goods, working with high-end international clientele
• Deep passion for craftsmanship and the art of leather goods
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient attitude to manage high-traffic boutique environments
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a service-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in managing cash transactions and CRM tools
