About the role
Responsibilities
- Create the Polène experience by welcoming visitors and ensuring they feel valued to drive conversion rates
- Provide personalized shopping assistance and expert advice on leather goods and craftsmanship
- Promote additional sales and inform customers about brand services during and after the purchase
- Manage cash register operations, including opening, closing, and processing transactions
- Execute CRM follow-ups and contribute to daily store reporting
- Maintain boutique standards through merchandising, stock organization, and inventory support
- Handle store opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup and security protocols
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or leather goods, working with high-end international clientele
- Deep passion for craftsmanship and the art of leather goods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient attitude to manage high-traffic boutique environments
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in managing cash transactions and CRM tools
