About the role
Responsibilities
- Create the Polène experience by welcoming visitors and actively influencing conversion rates
- Provide personalized shopping assistance and exceptional service to a high-end international clientele
- Promote additional sales and inform customers about brand services during and after purchases
- Manage cash register operations, including opening, closing, and processing transactions
- Develop customer CRM follow-ups and contribute to daily store reporting
- Maintain boutique standards through merchandising, sales floor upkeep, and inventory support
- Handle store opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup and security protocols
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in high-end international customer service
- Experience in the luxury or leather goods sector is preferred
- Strong passion for craftsmanship and the art of leather goods
- Collaborative team spirit with a proactive and detail-oriented attitude
- Ability to manage high store traffic with autonomy and resilience
- Strong interpersonal skills to guide meaningful interactions with demanding clientele
