Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Create the Polène experience by welcoming visitors and actively influencing conversion rates
• Provide personalized shopping assistance and exceptional service to a high-end international clientele
• Promote additional sales and inform customers about brand services during and after purchases
• Manage cash register operations, including opening, closing, and processing transactions
• Develop customer CRM follow-ups and contribute to daily store reporting
• Maintain boutique standards through merchandising, sales floor upkeep, and inventory support
• Handle store opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup and security protocols

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in high-end international customer service
• Experience in the luxury or leather goods sector is preferred
• Strong passion for craftsmanship and the art of leather goods
• Collaborative team spirit with a proactive and detail-oriented attitude
• Ability to manage high store traffic with autonomy and resilience
• Strong interpersonal skills to guide meaningful interactions with demanding clientele
