About the role
Responsibilities
- Active sales and targeted acquisition of new customers for high-quality wood pellets
- Participation in the development and implementation of innovative marketing and advertising strategies
- Support with precise calculations and continuous market monitoring
- Monitoring order entry and ensuring timely deliveries in cooperation with dispatch
- Invoicing and handling administrative tasks in cooperation with the goods dispatcher
- Processing complaints and providing solution-oriented customer support
- Active support of the dispatch team
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training or similar qualification
- Interest in wood pellets and sustainable energy sources
- Experience in telephone customer acquisition and strong communication skills
- Solid business administration knowledge for sound consulting
- Proficient use of MS Office applications and technical affinity
