About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure product availability and shelf stocking within assigned departments
- Maintain product quality by adhering to hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Advise and propose products/solutions to professional clients (restaurants, bakeries, etc.)
- Participate in commercial actions including phone calls and client meetings
- Collaborate with fresh food teams and sales force to drive revenue
- Engage in collective actions and events within the METRO hall
Requirements
- Experience in sales within retail, catering, bakery, or hospitality sectors
- Strong organizational skills and rigor
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a drive for challenges
- Field-oriented mindset with a preference for varied tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
