About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform shelf stocking and maintain the dry and non-food department
- Ensure product supply and availability
- Control product quality by respecting hygiene, safety, and quality rules
- Advise, inform, and propose products/solutions to professional clients
- Participate in commercial actions including phoning and client meetings
- Develop a portfolio of ten professional catering clients
- Collaborate with the sales force to develop turnover
- Participate in the animation of collective actions or events within the hall
Requirements
- Experience in sales within a retail environment or catering/bakery/fast food sectors
- Strong organizational skills and rigor
- Team player with a sense of interpersonal relations
- Field-oriented and comfortable with varied tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Ability to handle heavy loads and use handling equipment
