Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage daily boutique operations, including opening and closing the store
• Provide personalized customer service and direct sales on the floor
• Drive commercial results and meet sales objectives
• Supervise and coordinate the team to ensure smooth operations
• Control inventory and manage merchandise
• Handle cash, basic reporting, and Excel tasks
• Follow up with clients via in-person interaction and social media (WhatsApp/Instagram)
• Maintain store order, visual merchandising, and brand image

Requirements

• Proven experience as a store manager, supervisor, or team leader
• Experience in face-to-face sales, preferably in fashion or retail boutiques
• Strong interest in fashion and trends
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Basic proficiency in Excel, cash handling, and social media platforms
