About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell high-quality Mammut products to customers
- Provide expert advice and support to our international clientele
- Assist with product presentation and maintaining store aesthetics
- Participate in inventory management and stock maintenance
Requirements
- Passion for the outdoor industry and Mammut products
- Experience in retail sales within the sports industry is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays
- Good proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
