About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and emotional sales experiences to customers
- Welcome clients and build long-term customer loyalty
- Develop and manage the boutique's client portfolio
- Handle cash management and stock maintenance
- Execute merchandising tasks to maintain brand image
Requirements
- Passion for the fashion industry and a strong sense of style
- Motivated, audacious, and possessing an entrepreneurial spirit
- At least 1 year of professional experience in retail or sales
- Alignment with values of benevolence, creativity, and generosity
