Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and accompany customers throughout their boutique experience
• Identify customer needs and drive sales through personalized service
• Build customer loyalty through high-quality follow-up and after-sales support
• Act as a brand ambassador to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Participate in visual merchandising to highlight collections and maintain premium brand image
• Manage stock tasks including receiving, controlling, labeling, and organizing merchandise
• Support daily boutique operations such as opening/closing and maintaining store cleanliness

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English
• A strong passion for the fashion industry
• Proven customer service skills
• Experience in retail or sales (1 year or more preferred)
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for achieving sales challenges
• Awareness of merchandising guidelines and premium brand standards
