Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and provide personalized fashion and style advice
• Manage the visual presentation of collections, including placement, hanging, and organization
• Ensure an exceptional and unique shopping experience for every customer
• Maintain versatility by working across different areas including the sales floor, cash register, and fitting rooms
• Contribute to the overall energy and dynamism of the store team

Requirements

• Previous experience in the textile or ready-to-wear sector
• A genuine passion for fashion and retail
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on courtesy and engagement
• Ability to remain versatile and manage intense store activity
• Demonstrated autonomy and the ability to take initiative
