About the role
Responsibilities
- Guarantee the best shopping and service experience for customers in all areas (aisles, checkout, fitting rooms)
- Receive, prepare, and implement products
- Apply merchandising rules and maintain attractive aisles (PPRB: Full, Clean, Tidy, Labeled)
- Promote omnichannel offers
- Contribute to the daily activity and collective performance of the store
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a boutique manager or lead sales associate
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to listen
- Desire to evolve into an Assistant Store Manager role within 18 months
- Ability to animate and share expertise with the team
- Customer-oriented mindset with a dynamic and professional attitude
