Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent customer experience by greeting and guiding customers
• Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty program (Hello Member)
• Maintain organized and inviting sales floor and back office stock levels
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions

Requirements

• Passion for helping customers and interest in fashion or retail
• Ability to work in collaborative and dynamic environments
• Strong communication skills and creativity
• Willingness to learn and use retail technology
• Flexible and action-oriented mindset
• Experience in fashion, retail, or customer service is a plus
