About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through the store
- Support customers with trend and product knowledge
- Maintain sales floor and backstage areas by replenishing and organizing stock
- Represent the H&M Group positively
Requirements
- Passion for fashion and creating unique shopping experiences
- Ideally experience in customer service, fashion retail, or similar
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills and creativity
- Willingness to work with store technologies and learn continuously
- Proactive and flexible, with availability to work Fridays and Saturdays
