Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the store
• Support customers with trend and product knowledge
• Maintain sales floor and backstage areas (replenishment and organization)
• Represent the H&M Group positively

Requirements

• Passion for fashion
• Desire to create unique shopping experiences
• Ideally experience in customer service, fashion, or retail
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills and curiosity
• Proactive and flexible, including availability on Fridays and Saturdays
