Responsibilities

• Support customers to ensure they have a comfortable shopping experience
• Provide fashion and product knowledge to help customers choose suitable items
• Collaborate with the team to provide service that exceeds expectations
• Maintain organized sales floors and back-office areas
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Positively represent the brand and its charm to customers

Requirements

• Interest or experience in fashion, retail, or customer service
• Passion for fashion and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Flexibility and proactive attitude
