Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers through the store
• Share fashion and product knowledge to assist customer decisions
• Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the sales area and warehouse
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions

Requirements

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar sectors
• Passion for fashion and driving sales through customer experience
• Ability to work in collaborative and dynamic environments
• Strong communication skills and curiosity for store technology
• Flexibility and action-oriented mindset
