Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Engage in conversations with customers to promote products and fashion trends
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Complete garment cycles including unpacking, refill, steaming, and garment care
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and stockroom
• Support visual and commercial execution through attractive merchandise displays
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and in-store creation
• Motivation to provide a great customer experience
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience in fashion or retail preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
