Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Engage in conversations to promote fashion trends, stories, and products
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Complete garment cycles including unpacking, refill, steaming, and care
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and stockroom
• Support merchandise displays and replenishment routines
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and retail
• Experience in customer service, fashion, or retail industries
• Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, flexible, and action-oriented mindset
