Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Engage in conversations with customers to provide fashion trends and product knowledge
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets
• Complete garment cycles including unpacking, refill, steaming, and care
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and stockroom
• Execute visual merchandising guidelines and maintain attractive displays
• Support store opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and retail
• Experience in sales or customer service within fashion or retail industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Motivated, flexible, and action-oriented mindset
