Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with product selection
• Share fashion and product knowledge to support customer decisions
• Maintain product availability and sales floor organization
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures
• Build brand image through positive customer interactions
• Actively promote the loyalty program

Requirements

• Interest in fashion or retail
• Communicative and creative personality
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Flexibility and action-oriented mindset
• Fluency in Polish
• Experience in customer service or fashion retail is a plus but not required
