Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experiences and support customers in finding products
• Share knowledge about fashion and products to assist customer decisions
• Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent service
• Maintain product condition and sales floor order
• Assist with opening and closing the store
• Build a positive brand image through customer interactions
• Actively promote the loyalty program

Requirements

• Interest in fashion or retail
• Communicative and creative personality
• Motivation to learn and develop
• Flexibility and action-oriented mindset
• Fluency in Polish
• Experience in customer service or fashion retail is welcome but not required
