Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices
• Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey
• Ensure the sales floor and backrooms are well-stocked, organized, and inviting
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions

Requirements

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields is preferred
• Passion for helping customers and interest in fashion or retail
• Ability to thrive in collaborative and dynamic environments
• Strong communication skills and curiosity to learn store technology
• Flexible and action-oriented mindset
• Must be 18+ years old
• Estonian language proficiency at least at B1 level
