Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the store
• Support customers with trend and product knowledge
• Maintain sales floor and backstage areas by replenishing and organizing stock
• Represent the H&M Group positively through authentic behavior

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and creating unique shopping experiences
• Ideally experience in customer service, fashion retail, or similar
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills and creativity
• Willingness to work with store technologies and learn continuously
• Proactive and flexible, with availability to work Fridays and Saturdays
