Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Support surrounding stores in your role as a Sales Advisor
• Greet customers, guide them through the store, and provide trend and product knowledge
• Maintain the sales floor and backstage areas to ensure they are replenished, organized, and inviting
• Represent the H&M Group positively through authentic behavior

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and creating unique shopping experiences
• Availability to work from 01.08. to 31.12.2026
• Ideally experience in customer service, fashion retail, or similar
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills and curiosity to learn store technologies
• Proactive and flexible, with availability to work Fridays and Saturdays
• Willingness to be deployed to other store locations if required
