About the role
Responsibilities
- Support surrounding stores in your role as a Sales Advisor
- Greet customers, guide them through the store, and provide trend and product knowledge
- Maintain the sales floor and backstage areas to ensure they are replenished, organized, and inviting
- Represent the H&M Group positively
Requirements
- Passion for fashion and creating unique shopping experiences
- Availability to support from 15.08. to 31.12.2026
- Ideally experience in customer service, fashion retail, or similar
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills and curiosity to learn store technologies
- Proactive and flexible, with availability to work Fridays and Saturdays
- Ability to be deployed to other store locations if required
