About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through the store
- Support customers with trend and product knowledge
- Maintain sales floor and backstage areas (replenishment and organization)
- Support the Store Management Team with daily operations
- Handle store opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- Passion for fashion and creating unique shopping experiences
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and helpfulness
- Ideally experience in customer service or retail
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work on Fridays and Saturdays
