Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the store
• Share fashion and product knowledge to assist customers
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service
• Ensure sales floor and back of house are well-stocked and organized
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Represent the brand positively during all interactions

Requirements

• Experience in customer service within fashion or retail
• Passion for fashion and driving sales
• Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility and action-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Swedish or English
