Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the store
• Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions
• Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service and promote the H&M loyalty program
• Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are well-stocked, organized, and inviting
• Support the team with store opening and closing procedures
• Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions

Requirements

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar industries is an advantage
• Passion for helping customers and an interest in fashion or retail
• Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Communicative, creative, and curious about retail technologies
• Flexible and result-oriented
