About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and guide shoppers through the store
- Promote and sell H&M products, loyalty app, and sustainability initiatives
- Support garment refill, care, presentation, and stock replenishment
- Operate fitting room and checkout areas and help with opening/closing tasks
- Maintain a clean, tidy sales floor and back of house
Requirements
- Passion for fashion and retail
- Sales experience in a dynamic environment
- Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or related industries
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
