Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store
• Sell products, promote loyalty and sustainability initiatives, and support sales targets
• Maintain garment care, refill, presentation, and visual merchandising standards
• Operate fitting room, checkout, and store opening/closing routines
• Keep the sales floor and back of house clean, tidy, and well stocked

Requirements

• Sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or related service industries
• Passion for fashion and product knowledge
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Flexible, decisive, and action-oriented mindset
