About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store
- Sell H&M products and promote loyalty and sustainability initiatives
- Support garment refill, care, presentation, and visual merchandising
- Maintain a clean, tidy sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house
- Assist with opening/closing and follow store procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Sales experience in a dynamic retail or service environment
- Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or related industries
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Flexible, motivated, and action-oriented mindset
- Interest in fashion, trends, and product knowledge
