Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Engage in conversations to promote fashion trends, products, and the Customer Loyalty App
• Support sales targets through commercial and operational actions
• Maintain garment care, including unpacking, refilling, and steaming
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas following best practices
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and stockroom
• Execute visual merchandising and attractive product displays
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and in-store creation
• Motivation to provide a great customer experience
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience in retail or fashion preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
