Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and guiding customers through the store
• Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a high-quality customer journey
• Maintain well-stocked, organized, and inviting sales floors and stockrooms
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions

Requirements

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar sectors
• Passion for fashion and driving sales through excellent service
• Ability to work in collaborative and dynamic environments
• Strong communication skills and curiosity to learn store technology
• Flexibility and an action-oriented mindset
