Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide shoppers through the store
• Promote and sell products, loyalty app, and sustainability initiatives
• Support garment refill, care, presentation, and stock replenishment
• Operate fitting room, checkout, and in-store service tools
• Maintain a clean, tidy sales floor and back-of-house area
• Support opening, closing, and store operations as needed

Requirements

• Sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or related service roles
• Passion for fashion and product knowledge
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Flexible, decisive, and action-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a team and follow store procedures
