Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Engage in conversations with customers to promote products and fashion trends
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Complete garment cycles including unpacking, refilling, steaming, and garment care
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and stockroom
• Support visual and commercial execution by maintaining attractive merchandise displays
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and retail
• Experience in sales or customer service within fashion or retail industries
• Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, flexible, and action-oriented mindset
