Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience by welcoming and guiding clients through the store
• Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices
• Collaborate with the store team to provide excellent service at every stage of the customer journey
• Maintain sales floor and warehouse standards, ensuring areas are well-stocked, organized, and welcoming
• Support store opening and closing activities
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within fashion or retail
• A strong passion for fashion and a drive to deliver an outstanding in-store experience
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills and a curiosity to learn new technologies
• Flexibility and an action-oriented mindset
