Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Share fashion and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions
• Collaborate with the team to provide outstanding customer service at every step
• Maintain organized, well-stocked, and attractive sales floors and backroom areas
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, retail, and helping customers
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Communicative, creative, and interested in using in-store technology
• Flexible and activity-oriented approach to work
• Strong desire to learn and develop professionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service within fashion or retail environments
