About the role
Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional customer experience by welcoming and guiding customers through the store
- Share fashion and product knowledge to assist customers in their purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with the team to provide excellent service at every stage of the customer journey
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the sales area and the warehouse
- Support store opening and closing procedures
- Represent the brand positively through all customer interactions
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar sectors
- A strong passion for fashion and driving sales through excellent service
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
- Flexible, action-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies and skills
- Strong communication skills and a creative mindset
