Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a high-quality customer experience at every stage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the sales area and the warehouse
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Represent the brand positively through all customer interactions

Requirements

• Experience in customer service within the fashion, retail, or a similar sector
• A strong passion for fashion and driving sales through excellent service
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
• Flexible mindset with a strong orientation toward action
• Curiosity to learn, develop, and utilize store technology
