About the role
Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom
- Support store opening and closing procedures
- Represent the brand positively through all customer interactions
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service within the fashion, retail, or similar sectors
- A strong passion for fashion and driving sales through excellent service
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a curiosity to learn and use store technology
- Flexible schedule and an action-oriented mindset
