About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store
- Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a high-quality customer experience at every stage
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the sales area and the warehouse
- Support store opening and closing procedures
- Represent the brand positively through all customer interactions
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar sectors
- A strong passion for fashion and driving sales through excellent service
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic work environment
- Strong communication skills and a curiosity to learn and use store technology
- Flexible mindset with an action-oriented approach
