About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store
- Share fashion and product knowledge to assist customers with their purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high service standards at every stage of the customer journey
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Support store opening and closing procedures
- Represent the brand positively through all customer interactions
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service within the fashion, retail, or a similar sector
- A strong passion for fashion and driving sales through excellent service
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and a curiosity to learn and use store technology
- Flexibility and an action-oriented mindset
