Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience by welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices
• Collaborate with the store team to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house to ensure they are well-stocked, organized, and inviting
• Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions

Requirements

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or a similar field
• Passion for fashion and a drive to deliver an exceptional in-store experience
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Flexible, action-oriented, and eager to learn new store technologies
