Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Engage in conversations with customers to promote fashion trends, products, and stories
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Maintain store presentation by managing garment refills, steaming, and merchandise displays
• Support retail operations including fitting room management, checkout, and stock replenishment
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back-of-house area

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with current trends
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or fashion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to remain flexible, decisive, and action-oriented in a dynamic environment
