About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store
- Engage in conversations with customers to promote fashion trends, products, and stories
- Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
- Maintain store presentation by managing garment refills, steaming, and merchandise displays
- Support retail operations including fitting room management, checkout, and stock replenishment
- Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back-of-house area
Requirements
- Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with current trends
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or fashion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to remain flexible, decisive, and action-oriented in a dynamic environment
