About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store
- Engage in conversations with customers to promote fashion trends, products, and brand stories
- Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
- Maintain store presentation by handling garment refills, steaming, and replenishment
- Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices
- Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and stockroom environment
- Support store opening and closing procedures and follow all health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with current trends
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a service-related industry
- Proven sales experience in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to be flexible, decisive, and action-oriented in a fast-paced setting
