Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Engage with customers to promote fashion trends, products, and the H&M loyalty app
• Maintain store presentation by managing garment refills, steaming, and merchandise displays
• Support retail operations including operating fitting rooms and checkout areas
• Contribute to a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom
• Collaborate with the store team to reach sales targets and follow operational procedures

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with current trends
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Ability to remain flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
