Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Engage in conversations with customers to provide fashion trends, stories, and product guidance
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Maintain store presentation by managing garment refills, steaming, and merchandise displays
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices
• Support retail operations including unpacking, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean sales floor and stockroom

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with current trends
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a service-related industry
• Proven sales experience in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
